The reason of acute renal failure in 20s: renal acute renal failure

Jun 22, 2017

Renal acute renal failure is caused by renal parenchymal diseases, including glomerular, tubular, interstitial and renal vascular lesions, accounting for 35% to 40% of acute renal failure.
According to the etiology and pathological changes, the causes of renal acute renal failure can be pided into two categories: renal intoxication and renal failure:
(1) kidney poisoning type: common cause: the exogenous toxin heavy metal, X-ray contrast agents, antibiotics, sulfa drugs, insecticide, biological toxicity etc.. Endogenous toxins are myoglobin and hemoglobin.
(2) renal ischemic type: common causes are as follows: the amount of blood circulation decreased by trauma, bleeding, surgery, burns, septic shock and anaphylactic shock; renal vascular; and tissue lesions, such as glomerulonephritis, acute interstitial nephritis, epidemic hemorrhagic fever, toxemia of pregnancy, renal artery embolism.
(3) in clinical, these causes of renal acute renal failure can be pided into three categories, secondary of systemic diseases, primary glomerulopathy and primary tubulointerstitial nephropathy:
Secondary of systemic disease: Although a variety of systemic diseases have renal manifestations, a relatively small proportion of them may cause acute renal failure. It is more common that acute renal failure can be secondary to systemic vasculitis, especially primary cold ball in polyarteritis nodosa, hypoproteinemia, systemic lupus erythematosus and multiple myeloma patients. Diabetes is not a typical cause of acute renal failure, but it is a strong predisposing factors of the other causes of acute renal failure, including acute renal failure caused by contrast agent. Acute renal failure may be accompanied by hemolytic uremia or thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. It is particularly important to note that in pregnant patients, the recovery of the kidneys in patients with acute renal failure is relatively poor, possibly because of renal cortical necrosis.
The primary glomerular nephropathy: although other forms of primary glomerular diseases such as membranous glomerulonephritis or membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis may have accelerated the course, but the most common causes of acute renal failure in primary glomerular disease is anti glomerular basement membrane (anti-GMB) antibody. It can be without or with pulmonary hemorrhage (Goodpasture syndrome).
Primary renal tubular interstitial nephropathy: the most important of all tubulointerstitial diseases causing acute renal failure is acute tubular necrosis. Acute tubular necrosis may be caused by a variety of lesions. There are many underlying causes.
Have read the commentary above given by tongshantang expert, I believe you are clear about the question that the reason of acute renal failure in 20s: renal acute renal failure. I hope it may be helpful to you. Finally, if you have any questions about the kidney, you can consult our online nephropathy expert, we will explain it for you. Finally, I wish you can recover as soon as possible and keep a good health.
